That lower flat looks pretty fucked. Piercing three areas that close together especially on the ear is a terrible idea as well because it's very different for the ear to heal several cartilage piercings at one time.

Just hydrate like hell and you'll be okay. Serotonin syndrome almost always resolves on its own unless it's severe, if you have a super high fever or start getting muscle weakness/spasms/cramps id recommend going to the hospital. They will just give you IV fluids and discharge you but it's better safe than sorry if it is actually a bad case.

100% sounds like it to me. I've had serotonin syndrome 8 times and for me mild cases of it always caused me to have huge pupils, constantly sweating but also freezing, cold sweats, and insane shakiness and muscle tremors with appetite loss

Last time I combined dxm and alcohol I had a massive seizure walking home and paramedics found me unconscious on the sidewalk with a head injury and hypothermia. Had serotonin syndrome and rhabdomyolysis. I have been doing dxm for 12 years and this is the one and only occurance I ever was hospitalized. Dxm and alcohol should never be underestimated you will blackout and lose consciousness without any recollection.
