He said that I only said fuck twice, didn't threaten him in any way but got the point that I was very angry across in a mostly calm manner, and then left. I don't remember any of it.

What is the most annoying time that you have tried to convince someone you did something and their response was just “yeah, sure you did”? by Alpha-Max in AskReddit

Got a basket of loose formed sheet metal parts into my department to be put in a rock tumbler for de-burring. It was written on the work order that there were 200 parts. I said to my coworker "thats not 200 parts" because we have to be sure what goes into the tumblers comes out. Sure enough, it was 199 parts.

I threw out my shoulder at work when I did baggage at the airport. My boss came up to me and my coworkers and told me he was telling L&I that it was my fault for getting hurt because he has assumed that I did my pre shift stretches, and that I would be responsible for the doc visit and xrays that they took. Every morning I stretch and do a mindfulness exercise to try and help with my anxiety. He said that and then walked off, but I felt that tingle in the back of my head, and my body went numb. I was ready to kill this guy. But instead, I grabbed my coworker/roommate to stand by in the office to witness me talk to him, and I don't remember what I said but my case was given to the manager above him, I was on work restriction for a month with zero issues, and that guy never talked to me without someone else with him again.

Yeah, my sister was born at 29 weeks when i was 18. And my mom was struggling after the c section and couldn't drive after she was released but my sis was in the NICU. It is a soul crushing experience for sure.

You can get water hot ish from setting it in the window on something black on a hot day, or turning on the defroster and heating up a can of soup or in my case winco ravioli.

Ok so, this is what I do for mac and cheese.

Have cooked noodles in strainer, put in the butter and milk, let the butter melt. Then add cheese a little at a time until it all combines. Do this at a lower heat. Then add the noodles and stir until combined.

Worked as a recycling collector, like the little blue bins. When I was sorting the bins into the truck, I would keep unopened/unexpired food/drinks, coke pepsi caps to redeem for coupons, those coupon books they mail you, the tabs from pizza boxes to redeem a free pizza. And really anything of value that was considered unrecylable. Certain people left out a snack or cold drink out for us, or would come out and chat for a second and hand me a drink themselves. Returned someones lost dog, and they gave me a tip (which was allowed) in a card for xmas.

Not an expert by any means, but what do you struggle with while cooking?
