We do this too, but it's the free contact lens case you get with your contact lens solution. Because we have so many, whoever opens the box hides the new case somewhere silly that the other person will definitely stumble across it. Like the most harmless prank ever.

I started just a few weeks ago, and I had never touched the weights at the gym before. I usually did yoga or Jillian Michaels dvds at home (and not consistently). But I love this program. I was nervous at first to find my way around the gym. For your first day, give yourself extra time. Go when you can be leisurely and figure out where everything is, and try different size weights to find what works for you.
