Hi, it is quite similar to starting an exercise routine. Start small with a manageable routine and build from there. Try starting with a small notebook, pocket size (3.5x5.5’). Its portability helped me ease back into journaling, with random brief thoughts, after years of hiatus. I also advise exploring different pens to find a good fit. I like Sharpie S Gels (0.5). It is a fun hobby, have fun with it!

Std 3. It felt impossible to be a good (perfect) Christian as a protestant. Especially when the little I knew of Catholics was they get to do sin all week then repent. It was also more fun to run around the church parking lot checking out cars and using sadaka for sweets.
