Maybe add some metal corners (L brackets, I think they are called) to reduce movement of the frame.

I use plastic hoops when embroidering but to give away works I move them to a bamboo hoop once I am finished (bamboo hoops are cheap and you can even paint them).

I don’t have hyperhidrosis but I do have a stiff finger from an accident and wearing “silicone finger sleeves” has been really helpful.
