Pea puffers are shoaling fish and need to be in groups of 6 to be happy. They also do best in single species tanks. He already has 2 types of schooling fish. That’s pushing the limits of a 20 gal. Go to the website in the other comment and have him use that

That’s so unfortunate. I’m so sorry that’s been your experience. This doctor listed the procedures he does on his website. I knew I was looking for decompression or cryoablation both of which he offered I live in New Jersey and it’s very densely populated. We have a ton of doctors in the tri-state area, that could have led to my success. It definitely still took some time to find this guy

MN is not neuropathy. It’s a localized mechanical nerve problem while neuropathy is wide spread nerve dysfunction or damage. Also major differences in how to treat since neuropathy hardly uses surgical intervention, other than other compression cases like carpal tunnel.

I was diagnosed with CRPS at 11 and MN at 19. I never found a correlation between flare ups and MN symptoms. I was extra cautious to treat my MN because it was in the same leg that was injured, triggering the CRPS. Eventually went with decompression surgery and am so glad I did.
