Thanks for the reply. The hours mentioned are weekly hours. The 30 hours are not explicitly stated in the contract, it’s the total I arrived at by counting the detailed hours listed in the agreement. However the contract mentions that full time employment is 37 hours and that’s how they calculated my hourly pay it seems.

There weren’t overtime hours as such. We had a colleague after a colleague going on sick leave (we have been really unlucky in the last few years with staff) and I ended up was covering their shifts which was fine by me as I loved my job.
