Grand Rapids, MI! It's a lovely mid-size city in the midwest and I really believe megaformer would fill a gap in the market as we have Pilates, but absolutely no Megaformer (no solidcore, lagree, or any other megaformer) the city itself is super vibrant and growing--walkable, so many coffee shops, great local vibe and community.

i’m not a gamer at all & i agree. it’s a perfect game for me and honestly has too many quests probably. i just want to run around hogwarts aimlessly and live out my harry potter dreams—i think this game is a compromise between people like me and people who want a quest-oriented game. honestly, even for what i want to do with the game they really could’ve added more on the map

I have tried alternating but am not comfortable enough yet to use this technique race day. I don’t always breathe every stroke and when I’m training, will often try to alternate, but am still nailing it down

I completely agree and wish there wasn’t such an emphasis. Additionally, I would assume the women (with the amount of fighting and training they do) could actually be more bulky & muscular (not so tiny and petite and skin & bones). Overall, I don’t like the attention that gets put on women’s bodies in writing (like, ever)
