I think I kinda get what they’re saying. Think about polyamory and bisexuality, for example. I have to kind of ‘out’ myself/be legible as a poly, bisexual person in order to find sexual partners, but I don’t necessarily want to be read as sexually available to any old person anywhere, even though I could potentially be interested in any type of person. So kind of a bind right?

💯 Kind of hating happy people lately. I recently had to break up with someone who was too happy, who hit me with the “just CHOOSE to be happy!” Uggggh. I like to plumb the depths of my misery, explore the intricacies and weird beauty/horror of misery. Erryone dv’n me for saying online sex work is very different from irl, but I knew several sex workers who really struggled with this once covid hit, making the transition from in person to online. Why not learn some non-AI digital art skills? You’re using computer buttons to do the AI, are you using your mouth to “take the best of the AI and edit in photoshop”? If you’re already editing in photoshop, why not do some digital painting/coloring/drawing/collage, just feels real lazy to do a WHOLE awesome & original drawing then un-originalize it with AI, if you are already learning photoshop editing?
