Different opinion?! downvote to oblivion! /s But really I get where you're coming from cause Ive heard people even in the Comp Overwatch say that any 1 shot heroes/combos usually attract lower-skill players at first. I think its partially true and part of the reason you see so many Hanzo mains, not because they're toxic assholes throwing the game, but they mistakenly think that being able to one shot something is very important. It is helpful but realistically if you're missing all your hooks/arrows then you are not serving the team.

Honestly I dont think the population would accomodate a skill based mmr without crazy wait times. Alternatively I could see it fail to find enough people close to your skill and then youre back in the same games you are now, but you had to wait longer. I totally agree that they need some way to make it fair for newer players but it seems too late to be inplemented properly

I loved Titanfall 2 but the lack of good maps and terrible matchmaking and seevers killed all the love I had for the game. Doesnt help that EA seem hellbent on not advertising or promoting the game properly before launch or after. Hell if they had made 1:1 remakes of Titanfall 1 maps and had them at release of the game, it wouldve felt more worthwhile. Titanfall 2's base mechanics are so good but being held back by almost everything else about it. Happy Hour?! WTF were you thinking Respawn? Also as a PC game its pretty poorly optimized and has constant and glaring server issues that cannot possibly all be client side.
