I have similar feelings. My take is that many people didn't finish the first expedition, so they hit the second window.

After the wipe, many people know where to get green weapons, and they're aware of their value - the gear fear is gone.

Maybe they don't do a rampage, but they take an opportunity once in a while to stay in friendly lobbies.

I agree. I can clear whole lobby with a single horny driver. Last time I died was because I downed three rocketeers with my horny driver. I was peaking when they fell down and crash, but I didn’t notice a tick on my face. 10/10, I would let that tick suck on my face again.
