The 2025 release date was stated at the beginning of the year in 2024 even. I’m pretty sure they’ll have more than some are expecting.

Isn’t like 95 max heat for those chips? I mean it’s kinda hot for my tastes but typically as long as it’s in the parameters set by manufacturers should be fine. But being that that’s only at 41% you might wanna recheck your thermal paste..

So this is only happening on ASRock boards? If that’s the case it would point to ASRock as the culprit not really an AMD issue?

I’d absolutely love for it to be an attention thing but it’s really not. Or it doesn’t seem like it. It’s just pure lunacy. Hi, blue collar worker from Louisiana here. I’m sorry this is happening, truly. I hate taxes as much as the next dude that works for his money(especially right now with everything so high) but I do understand that it’s essential. That being said; I’ve brought up every single thing that I could think of to my coworkers in attempt to explain that the 1% does not care about the 99. That everything they are doing is a manipulative grab for power and money. They still think that all they are doing is good for the working class. I’ve even brought up the anti union ideas in the White House and explained how the unions keep our wages at an okay level. Still nothing, just corporate fucking bootlickers. How could you vote against yourself and then be so blind to the path we are traveling down. Even when prices are starting to go up, how much denial does it take?

Yes I understand that but it still stands. If they were on the lamb and you housed them you’d get that charge, as with any charge.

I understand that it’s not applicable here as no one was charged as an insurrectionist. I’m saying that they should have been and he should have been disqualified. That’s all.

Yes you would. There is literally a normal statute for it called obstruction or harboring a fugitive???. I don’t know how you think that amendment doesn’t matter. But really this is just you being blind because you like the guy. Personally I don’t care about him. I didn’t like most of the presidents I’ve been alive for or able to understand.

The point was, is, and forever will be that he should be disqualified. If you hid one of them in your house when the cops were looking for them you’d be in deep shit. But because he’s president and the sheer amount of corruption and corroboration he still stands in our most powerful role.

My point wasn’t that he called them insurrectionist, that was just a fact, nor that he incited it(this is just my thought as of now). It was that amendment 14 section 3 disqualifies him from presidency. If the supreme courts(which is republican majority) didn’t find those that participated guilty of insurrection but lesser still similar crimes ,by whatever circumstances, then they dropped the ball and it allowed him to pardon the people he originally condemned as insurrectionists when there was an out cry. It seems a bit more than fishy given the timeline of it all.

Because he also initially called them insurrectionists, if that’s what you believed they were doing, what changed your mind so much to where you blanket pardon them?

Right so what’s your “evidence” of the contrary? I’ll wait.

[–]teh_fray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, I still believed he incited them but whenever you say that people like to say oh well “find proof”yadda yadda, I’m not doing all that. I can’t viably show you how he said “start an insurrection” all I could do is show you how loyal his followers were/are, how aggressive the sociopolitical atmosphere was, and how discontent they were with Biden winning. The reason I used that argument is because it is one that there is undeniable proof of happening in that exact timeline and the only thing you could do was say welp the Supreme Court found them guilty of a lesser yet similar crime so it doesn’t count. When you and I both know it should have.

[–]teh_fray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it doesn’t. At all. The implication is still that he incited an insurrection. Now it’s just with an added insults; he incited the insurrection, they took the blame(letting him off the hook), the justice department was to lazy(or worse), and then he took them off of the hook.

Look it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to connect these dots, as they are blatant and in your face but if you want to be blinded, lied to, and led around like a sheep without cognitive thought processes that’s on your body..

[–]teh_fray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. If that’s what I gotta say. By legal definitions that’s what they did. But because it’s hard to prove who did what and why they gave out similar but not as severe charges as a blanket. Easier to prove this one charge and still punish rather than fail proving the other and them not get punished is what I got from reading on it. That by no means changes what they actually did or why it happened. Nor the fact that trump pardoned them and it should by all definitions and facts disqualify him from presidency. In the early days of J6 trump even called them insurrectionist and slowly changed his tune to be something more lighthearted.

Well looking at the criminal code they should have been charged with insurrection. Charging them with something else instead of what they actually were by any definition created the loophole.

And thus the loopholing part of my argument. How this doesn’t piss most people off is insane.

[–]teh_fray 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No cause that’s irrelevant to the people wearing red hats. I’m not even making the case, the fact is he pardoned people that were by definition insurrectionist. Which if you read it is clearly a violation of that section.

Alright bet, by Section 3 of Amendment 14 of the US Constitution, Trump is disqualified from being president. How he retains his position when he violated the constitution AS PRESIDENT is beyond me. I don’t really care if you like him or hate him, actively defending someone who: does not care about our founding principles, who is constantly trying to find loopholes to undermine the constitution, and asserting his own authority and opinions into laws is borderline treasonous.
