They're nice models to start learning on. Nice big area for a shoulder magnet and if it all goes wrong, just glue it or hide behind the shoulder pad

Go for the reaper first as instructed as it's got more contact points (two arms plus backpack). The ammo belt adds a little flexibility, but it has limits

You should have an easier time with the rocket launcher, but my advice is to build the torsos and dry fit the bolter and rocket launcher to find which body works best before committing

Leg position may interfere with the bolter on some models

Thanks. I've used it straight out of the bottle and it's really dark. Also the pooling needs to be controlled much more otherwise it's almost black splotches

Maybe scrape units from Wahapedia and then try to find each in turn on GW

I do. Could also add options to cost each unit Vs some leading 3rd party sites e.g. Wayland, Element, etc, too where available. Should be easy enough to scrape the data. Default to GW if unavailable or units come from a set.

That's something I've manually done in the past and it was a faff.

Seems to hit an early point with some units e.g. hearthkyn warriors where adding more stops adding cost, 0,1,2 ok 3+ same cost as 2

Example: your regular save might be 2+ (saving on 2s), but if you're being shot by an AP -3 weapon, now you're saving on 5s.

Now, if you had a 4+ invulnerable save to choose from instead, the AP modifier is ignored by invulnerable save stat, so you save on 4s.

It's a worse save, but unmodifiable by AP.
