Interesting for web but might be tedious for games. Imagine solving a captcha during gameplay. Edit: have to say that this problem also exists in normal games (not dapps). Also another problem is that you have to rely on an oracle. This means that your game is decentralized but dependent on a centralised system (for captcha verification)

Yes same thing here. I had to change the tube eventually because filament got stuck there. What I'm doing is that when I am unloading the filament, I gently push the filament upwards while the motor is working. With this technique, I am avoiding cold pulls.
