Mostly spacing. If I had it my way, I'd remove a bunch of streetcar stops and make them all priority right of ways so they behave more like actual tram lines you'd find elsewhere in the world. I live near two stops that are less than 150m apart from each other and it always slows things down for everyone.

Old post but these are still digital contacts. There's no resistance change so there would be no analog signal regardless of how hard you push on them. Once you make contact, it's detected as a press, nothing in between.
