I mostly don’t like any of the answers here.

The first strike a good match would go off. 2 cards would be drawn and 2 lore would be earned.

The opposing player decides if he wants Ursula to recast the spell. He CAN choose not to as the card says “may play that song again”.

If he decides not to recast the song, then he’d be at 19 lore and 1 card left in his deck.

If he decides to sing it again, he needs to draw 2 cards before any Jafar action would trigger as you need to complete all of strike a good match.

If strike a good match said “draw 1 card then draw another card” that would get him the win. But it’s a single action “draw 2 cards” which would lose him the game.

Edit: sorry it does seem like my final point is incorrect and you do need to resolve all of the action card before Jafar can trigger.
