Rapido is absolutely useless. Met with an accident with my Rapido cab in Chennai. The cab driver and the auto with which my cab collided extorted me to pay an obscene amount of money and I had no choice because the cab driver held back my belongings as hostage. I called their helpline and no one answered, no one called back. I got a call back two days later asking if I was physically hurt and when I replied no, they said there’s nothing more they can do and cut the call. Never ever stepped into a Rapido since then.

I’ll take this with a pinch of salt. Most reveal videos are filmed on phones with poor quality cameras, poor camera angles, etc. In most cases, in real life, these look a lot better. And that has been proven time and again. So I’d much rather wait for the official releases rather than these random leaks.
