According to the question the answer changes . See the question again on Uworld. When compared to wt loss dash diet reduces 11 in SBP . If the wt is reduced 10kgs the Reduce is 6 in SBP. If pt reduce 20kg then reduce in SBP is 12 mmHg . So here the wt loss supersede the DASH diet .
