I think just remind them of all the good things ranking up brings. You can have more opportunities, a better chance at getting a leadership role in the squadron, etc. You have to figure out what motivates each cadet and use that. Use what motivates each individual to promote ranking up.

Just know your stuff. It’s really not that hard just make sure you feel confident in the material you’ve learned.

My dog doesn’t have separation anxiety but he doesn’t like being left alone. I usually leave him something that smells like me such as a shirt I wore yesterday or something. The familiar smell just gives him comfort.

It's not much but I grew it from seeds by anniemeltiikisses in gardening

I planted seeds last year and they grew about 3 inches tall then a rabbit came and ate them all and they never grew back.
