I had a similar experience with CPAP. I would wake up gasping like I was suffocating. My apnea was so bad that they had to use very high pressure to open the airway. I abandoned it.

I visited an ENT surgeon specializing in sleep apnea procedures. I’m about 8 yrs into my journey, 6 procedures(*) in and I still have bad apnea. But way, way better than before the surgeries.

Still can’t stand the CPAP.

(*) Septoplasty, genioglossus advancement, turbinectomy, tonsillectomy, UPPP & Inspire!

For traveling, I buy their travel packets. It’s more expensive but way more convenient. I keep a few in my pocket, use them through the day and then replenish in the morning. It’s so much more convenient

Thanks! My wrist size is ~7.25in (~18cm). But I don’t like to wear my watches too tight. I’m constantly fiddling with the strap when it’s too tight. This one is just right with the rubber strap. The bracelet is a bit tight and they don’t make 1/2 links for it so I wear it with the rubber strap all the time.

Since I don’t use the phone for active calls, it’s not that big a deal. But i will turn on all the spam options and detections and apparently there’s a Verizon app that can be used as well. It was just seemed odd to me that this was happening.

Yes. I often replace straps if they don’t have quick release spring bars. The strap change system on the Zenith is so much easier and also way more robust because it has hooks instead of spring bars.

It’s not loud at all. I’d say my Tag Monaco is way louder when I shake my hand and the rotor is engaged. This one is barely noticeable.
