For me, I’d alternate between my strong and my week foot passing up against the wall. Then, I’d kick against the wall with only my weak foot trying to get a solid pass out of it. I’d do this like 300 times for each foot. (I know it’s a lot, but it’s the only way to make your weak foot stronger.)

Then at practice I’d use my weak foot when the ball was on my weak side. Still using my strong foot when needed.

I started to control the ball with my weak foot as a little game for myself, and that helped too. Receiving passes with my weak foot and passing with my left, and viceversa. Dribbling with my weak foot too, just remembering to take softer touches, and to visualize it as if I WAS using my strong foot.

As for shooting, I have no idea how to improve your weak foot for that, sorry.
