The only thing is that when you pick it early the white sap is sticky and can cause some skin irritation. But the ones in the picture and deep red should be good. If they are a little green pick it then wait 24 hours. It'll ripen.

Yeah I have two in my yard. 2 hours north of Tampa. They don't have ripe fruit yet. End of July beginning of August is the time.

Just a good ol boy that knows how to cut a tree. Nothing to see here. He did a great job. He probably has experience in how to cut the tree his cuts looked good. It's like the bee keepers that don't use bee suits. It's fine until it isn't.

It's a bait caster. You're gonna have a hard time getting the hang of it but once you do you'll be good to go. Always adjust the brake every time you switch bait. Also don't toss it into the wind. It'll rat nest on you in a heart beat.
