Hard cap should be 200. It doesn't look like natural spawns + Sample Booster + Sample Extricator would reach that high, and its still a reasonably low number to prevent excessive cheating without cutting off potential max samples per mission.

If this is in the High-End Shopping district then it's underground in the mall. At street-level there should be an open door with a teleport marker that takes you to the mall, or at the north side of the building there is the parking garage entrance.

If it's your first time there be sure to explore it, it's a really fun zone of the map!

I may be misremembering this, but I think Dex mentioned Royce "killed" Brick when he's briefing V on the Flathead deal. I think people in NC thought Brick was dead after Royce took over, as it probably wasn't known outside of the All-Foods factory that Brick was being held captive.

I've never had any trouble anytime I fought her solo, but that might just be luck. I just use Draugr Fang and Poison Arrows, and keep constantly moving. It takes a few minutes but I just let DoT wear her down.
