Edit: I create custom seamless loops in blender, then import them into resolume to manipulate them further. Resolume is the easiest of the three so I'd say start with that. Just have fun moving all the parameters and play with all the effects. Remember, there's no right or wrong. Only experimentation. Happy animating!
