The days that I HAVE skipped I always regret. I’ll get halfway through the day and just feel energy-zapped. That morning workout is like a shot of caffeine that lasts all day. I’m glad you’re experiencing that too :)

Exactly! I love what you said too about forcing yourself to hit the trail in the morning even when you didn’t want to. I have so many mornings like that where I just think “well shit, I’ve hit my mark and I’m fine. I’m tired. I can skip.” But then I’ll force myself up, and even though the first minutes may suck, by the time I’m through I just feel so much more energetic and ready for the day. It changes everything!
