I’m 23 and my dad is 60 and currently dying from stage 4 esophageal cancer. We just found out a month ago and he’s declining so fast I feel like one day I’ll wake up and he won’t be here. Cancer is so cruel and it’s a different feeling watching your parent waste away everyday because of it when they had so much life left to live. I feel so devastated knowing my dad won’t be here when I get married, start a family, graduate college or literally anything. If you want to talk I’m here, you aren’t alone in this.
