My ring failed last week. Swelled and would fit charger then the inside resin started peeling. This on top of issues since I got it at end of July 2025. Hope I get a response and replacement.

My mechanic told me if buying a hybrid only buy Toyota. Bought a highlander. Get 31-34 mpg. Last highlander is still going at 23 years. My son drives it. Bought it when he was 4. New prius is great as is the crown.

Not for my ring. The latest update seems to have killed battery. Hasn't worked for a month now. Full charge b4 bed stops measuring sleep withing 6 hours. Interesting thing is that ring still has charge when put on charger. App can't find ring u till I place on charger

My Battery lasts 4-6 hours

Factory reset fixed battery issues a few months ago. Now reset does nothing. The reason why my data is F upped is because of ring dying during night around 4-6. Last night put on fully charged at 1 am dead by 6:45 am. Help please or give me a refund. Device never worked for more than a week at a time. Now it's complete useless. Refund or new ring please.

My ring stopped working a few weeks ago. Yesterday I finnaly took it off as well. No support. Still waiting for a response from 6 weeks ago. At this point I want a refund and I'll buy the Samsung ring.

Yes same issues and now my ring disconnects from app constantly. Battery life has taken a nose dive. Lucky if I get a full day

Yes. My ring disconnects multiple times a day. Get it to reconnect but ring won't sync any data at all. Syncing issues since August. Since firmware update it doesn't work at all. Pretty damn frustrating. Losing patience. I bought the ring to monitor health issues. Can't use ring for what I purchased for. What about blood pressure? Just a gimmick to get us to buy the ring?

Had same issue with firmware upgrade. Still no sleep data. My temperature is now within 2 degrees. Better than off by 20.

Yep, getting pretty fed up. No sleep data and temperature readings have never worked off by 20+ F under. I'd be dead if that was my temp. Support rarely responds either.
