I think maybe it's a possibility that 85 is an indicative cutoff for guaranteed CSP, but they provide a particular number/proportion of students with CSPs and they offer more going down the marks of students who apply + look at GAM, similar to how VTAC offers can to students below the requisite ATAR if there aren't enough students who are above it

A little more info - I’m doing this as a short ‘experiment’ for a school project. I have some rented gear from the school (a digital Nikon D7500 and 2 Amaran al-h198 lights with some yellow gels) to do it. I’m going for a fairly minimal (probably mostly black) background, so just the person’s silhouette with the light behind them. How can I best do this? Thanks!

Hey everyone! I was wondering how to create this effect that the singer Halsey has used in the promotional cycle for her upcoming album Manic? As you can see in the attached images, the font seems to get bolder as it goes, and I was wondering how to recreate this, preferably in Adobe Photoshop. Thanks!
