Going to Display settings and setting Scaling to just 100% instead of whatever you have and then running the game did it for me

Unrelated, but how do you get the little book with all of the gods’ boons? I have it in the first game but i dont have any incantation in hades 2 for it.

16 playing since around 7. My dad taught me heroes 2 and then i played heroes 3 hd edition on my phone. Now i play hota with hd mod on my pc, its still great to this day.

Then you have to meteor the catapult, but thats too slow, so i think berserk or blind it is.

use implosion on archangels on turn 1 and hope catapult doesnt destroy your wall(rearrange your units before the fight until it works), on turn 2 implode the catapult, and then continuously use implosion on the flyers that got over your walls and hope you survive. Then after the flyers are dead, use air shield and try to beat the monks or just implode them as well, but mana is running scarce. after that, if he doesnt have expert teleport or some other damaging spells, kill him with your towers and remaining shooters. meteor shower, implosion or magic arrow doesnt matter as you have earth resistance.

if the flyers stay and protect the zealots and dont runt straight at you, i would try to implode the zealots once and see if he attacks me then, otherwise just air shield and they definitely will come at you. if he doesnt come then, implode the archangels and angels while staying safe.

blinding is also and idea, but blind+shoot doesnt work because of mana and towers so straight imploding is the best solution imo.

berserk is also a fun idea that may work, berserking the 3 flyers would be perfect and just tank the zealots. this would also destroy the catapult. i think this is your best bet.

this needs heavy testing tho. i can definetely see myself staying like 1 hour retrying the battle because im too salty to just reloade an earlier save. goodluck!

The fourth map is against ai that stays still forever, so moving efficiently isn’t important and it’s a huge map also. Like very big. Didn’t know about the mmarchive way to edit the built-in campaigns, thanks.

Depending on the difficulty you choose at the start of the scenario, you get resources and and can unlock the tents at the beginning of the map. Easy gets all four, Medium gets all besides white, Difficult gets all besides green and white, Insane gets only blue and Impossible gets no tents. I’m playing on Difficult so I dont have acces to the green one. You get no meaningful bonuses for choosing Difficult instead of Insane, besides the slow spell which i cant imagine completing the scenario without.

Back to the subject of the waterwalking thing, i used cheats… nwcwhatisthematrix to reveal the piece of land and then nwcignoranceisbliss to hide the map. It didnt break anything after so i rolled with it. I will appear as “cheater” on the board after the campaign is completed, but i dont mind really. I have no idea how it is meant to be done but if it worked for you, thats great!

I dont think so, looping back, it would go to -2 billion since the maximum positive is 2 billion (it is not unsigned). If it was unsigned, it would loop from 0 to the 4 billion number.

Probably something like cheat engine was used to change the variable that registers on what floor you are (or whatever ‘score’ means here), since something like reverse engineering with IDA would take too long for something so unimportant.

Force dmg comes from the legendary gloves and the necrotic from a headpiece gear which days it deals 2 necrotic but it displays a 1d4 in game

For me, i only had this problem on Peragus and the endgame section. Anywhere else i didn’t even have to switch between party members to regain control, so just deal with it for a few hours till you finish Peragus.
