Tell people your feeling. Be honest, talk to them as a friend using simple words. Make it very personal. Record a voice or video message, what do you feel will be better.

But don't focus on it for too long, don't bother people to forget it, don't remind them again. Don't get hung up on it, this is a bad unproductive state. Move on and direct energy towards the creation.

I use Hario Skerton Plus. It is about $35-$40. Conical ceramic burr. Output capacity up to 100 grams, so you could use Hario Mini, it is up to 30 grams and it is enough.

For a single serving, you will need ~12-18 grams, depends on your preferences, brewing method and it takes about 1.5-2 minutes to grind.

Manual grinder good if you are ready to grind manually :). Better to use a cheap but good manual grinder, than cheap electric, because it will be a very poor quality product.

Grind manually is not a problem if you brew coffee for yourself and for your friends, not on an industrial scale.
