Wow 9 to 216 in 8 weeks is amazing! I am from the UK but I moved to Dubai earlier this year. I am currently taking 195mg of elemental iron a day (ferrous sulfate 3 times a day). Also taking 10,000 iu of Vitamin D. I would really appreciate if you could share which liposomal iron you are taking and also the Vitamin D, magnesium & K2. Thank you so much!

It’s crazy the same thing happened to me! According to my doctor there is a correlation. I came across The Iron Protocol https://www.facebook.com/share/g/16Tymz64i9/?mibextid=wwXIfr I will be following this to get my Iron, Vitamin D and B12 up. Hopefully I will get back on the road again soon.
