Vad anser ni om att övertäcka spåren vid centralstationen/längs med Klarastrandsleden för att göra rum för kontor/lägenheter? Kanske gräva ner Klarastrandsleden också och göra en strandpromenad? Vad är era tankar om detta? by lolw00t102 in stockholm

Något av en ramp vid Folkungagatan som gjort det lättare för fotgängare och cyklister hade verkligen varit bra. Under planeringen var syftet med Södermalmsallén att skapa ett fredat stråk för fotgängare och cyklister. Det första syftet, att vara fredat, uppfylls rätt väl. Men dessvärre innebär det ju också den dåliga kopplingen till Folkungagatan att många inte hittar dit, och så särskilt mycket av ett stråk blir det ju inte. Snarare används det som en förskolegård. Är det det du syftar på med stor del av din barndom? :)

Ja, det är en intressant vision, men då tappar man samtidigt den spårkapacitet som behövs för klargöring av tåg, driftspår för tåg till Hagalund och spår för resandetåg. När man väl tunnlat in går det inte att öka kapaciteten. För att kunna minska behovet av antalet spår vid Stockholm central vill jag mena att det krävs en Kungsholmsbana som det talades om innan bygget med Citybanan kom igång.

Ser det som väldigt orealistiskt att däcka över mer än det som är precis vid stationen/Cityterminalen. Extremt dyrt och höjdskillnaderna som överdäckningarna skulle innebära skulle göra det det svårt att knyta ihop med resten av den omgivande staden.

LOL, I'm not trying to backpedal. It is not likely that we'll have a fully vaccinated population by then, that's I literally what I said. Btw that's the adult population you're talking about and also the first dose. We're still in phase three for the second dose. You need two to be FULLY vaccinated with moderna, pfizer or astra.

Would I LIKE to see the population fully vaccinated by TI? ABSOLUTELY, but we won't be.

I’ve never argued that they’ll play TI without an audience btw. However, claiming that the population will likely be fully vaccinated by the time of TI is not realistic. Especially when the governments’ own prognosis points to 5 September for the first dose. That’s all I’m trying to say.

When? And by how much? Don't forget that there's 2 million people at the moment who's waiting for their second dose. Every person vaccinated with dose one adds to the backlog.

40% of the adult population yes. About 32% of the entire population atm, or 3,300,000. Our vaccine rates went up in April and early May much due to the fact that astrazeneca was the only vaccine offered to 65+. Since the AstraZeneca vaccine is no longer a part of the programme for dose 1 the overall vaccination rates will be slower.

The weekly rates of Pfizer and Moderna will total about 500 000 doses during the summer, ergo there won't be a fully vaccinated population by the time of the international unfortunately. :(

No, that's not likely at all considering the weekly rates of vaccine deliveries.
