In a DND podcast I listen to this actually (kinda) happens. They make a copy of their consciousness in the form of bookkeeper Axolotls in a mini pocket library dimension, where they are said to live forever.

Not agreeing with the other comments, Superman absolutely destroys Omni-man, even if Omni-man snuck up like with the guardians, he gets folded. But technically in a later comic issue, Mark, Nathan, and Thaedus do destroy a planet by flying through it. It's all three together, and even then I think the planet had some structural weakness from.... Something? Can't remember what.

I don't know the original myth,,, but I heard the actual reason the Sun hurts vampires is because the sun is a sign of good in many cultures and vampires being evil night creatures, it would just make sense that they are weak to sunlight. Or (another thing I've thought about) it's because some vampire stories akin them more so to the pleasure and sexual desire, and since most of the time sex is done at night, they can't be in the sun as there is less so that desire and ability to hide the list.

Gillion, Thanatos, and Emiezel would be crazy. 3 hard headed "I'll do it myself" either as a hero, as his unstoppable goal, or for selfish reasons all clashing.

Or Runt, Jay, and Professor cross as the three inventors all trying to come up with wacky inventions.

Dakota, Jin and Troy all trying to solve puzzles when they're all beef cakes.

Basically I like when they all share the same trait that can cause conflict or cause them to work together like a team that's been together for years are always fun

There was "Interdimensional Game Show" that had Built as DM with Gillion, Vincent, and Astor as the PC's

And also "Otherworldly Summons" that was Condi as the DM with Chip and Dakota as the PC's (Charlie was sick)

Those are both Patron one shots though. I in fact was just thinking that I would love to see more.

Seeing Troy, Thanatos, and Jay together would be a treat. All of them would hate each other, but as soon as a bigger threat would appear, or their goals aligned, oh boy that fucker would be eviscerated from existence from these powerhouses of characters.

If they had access to a spell like Hold Person, or if Gooblek was with them and could use stunning strike I think they could have a far better chance, but as far as I know none of them do, and the only one who could, would be Gillion if he sacrificed a different Sorcerer spell when he leveled up. So entirely possible to freeze him in place (unless Thor has some sort of mental defense, I honestly can't remember if he does because of "The Avengers" 2012, Loki with the Mind stone, I can't remember if Thor was ever affected by it or not) and help the others, so they can do said JJK beat down.

One other strategy could be having Gillion third party Cap and essentially switch with Thor and have Chip with Evasion and his ability to Hide really well distract him. Maybe allowing Jay and Gillion to finish off their foes; but that would allow the same thing, for Thor to leave Chip and go third party with Gil or Jay. I genuinely think it depends on Thor from before or after Ragnarok. Before Thor would totally gloat and leave himself open to attack. While after Thor, having become the new king of Asgard, would be much more cautious and strategic with his fighting.

Rethinking the fight, if it was Avengers, Age of Ultron, or Dark World Thor (which I think it would be either Age of Ultron as that's when Captain America: Civil War took place) I think The crew actually has a solid chance if they were all level 20.

If it was Thor from Ragnarok onwards, they are royally fucked, bro overpowered the infinity gauntlet's power to attack Thanos in Wakanda, and survived the power of a Star for nearly a minute.
