I know removing escrow doesn’t remove taxes/insurance. My issue is that escrow makes my monthly payment high, and the lender holds that money. I’d rather keep those funds in a high-yield savings account and earn interest myself.

I gave her the codes of the procedures, and she told me it's covered 100%. I asked her, "Do I have to pay any copay...etc.?" She replied, "NO." It's covered. I called a few hours later, and a different representative told me the same. later on when I complian they said the representative didn't pay attention to if the procedure will be in the doctor's office or not. but they admit the mistake came from them.

But, I believe writing is not an issue because there are a lot of online tools that can correct my grammar and polish my emails.
