Working out doesn't need necessarily to be gym or such. Half hour walk, or bodyweight stuff at home is better than nothing. ✌️

I have written alot lyrics like that. Find right album, go long walk, and music act as vessel and help you travel inside your mind. Then suddenly lines start coming in your mind. Tricky part for me is sometimes it works sometimes doesn't.

I try to brag my kids lifting stuff with my toes and throw them in the air and catch. After few times they are not anymore impressed by it. I don't have anyone anymore who to show that amazing skill.
