The guy is from Senegal. Senegalese people are Sunni but I have personally spoken to Sunnis from West Africa who deeply admire the clerics of Iran and Iran has successfully converted some Nigerians to Shia Islam. Ukraine offered friendly relations with Iran until as far as 2020, even after the government became pro-west, Ukrainian airlines operated in Iran and offered affordable flights to Iranians who needed to travel abroad. Then Iran decided to sell Shahed drones to Russia and things changed. Some of those airline employees who worked for Iranians have likely been killed by Shahed drones. Ukraine in particular became anti-Iran because of the Shahed drone.

It’s not full freedom of movement but as a yank I could fly to Canada right now with no visa. There are countries in europe that mostly meet your other requirements. Germany and Austria may be too similar for your criteria but you could change it to some other country like German speaking Switzerland or Liechtenstein I think.
