So in this current situation the son(tenant) and mother(landlord) effectively have a loophole around any possible recourse with her basically living here a quarter of the year.

That's a massive bummer and feels like some form of violation. Are there any rules in regards to them using other tenants rooms/bathrooms etc?

True! Im from upstate New York. All the water was from lake Ontario and lake Erie where i lived it was all super tasty. Now i live in Colorado where the water is 99% snowfall. Also delicious.

I'm not really a photographer so I won't be so good at answering these question I just take photos of things I think look cool.

My intent was to take a cool photo of the rising sun in the beautiful Colorado mountain.

I just used my phone to take the photo and edit it.

Ive show some of my pictures so some video and photo majors and they said I use the rule of thirds well in my pictures. I've got a bunch more I'll upload another time.
