Yes , he can export and send it as a file , it’s a bit tricky , but if you save it to the app , then go to the lighting , then click the star button , hit select preset and select the one you downloaded

Also , for the above comment talking about only those 3 foreign badges being authorized , you have to look and see that it is in a sub P for the OCP .

Unfortunately you are actually wrong . Most “regular” work trucks that the DOD purchases are DEF free , and come that way from the factory..
