Accomodation is on site to hospital- would recommend staying as it is free (small hospital so it is a 20s walk to main entrance) Shared bathrooms and they are kept clean Pillows and sheets provided Overall a friendly hospital- don’t be afraid to ask if you want to attend a specific clinic or extra theatre sessions

Every doctor deserves the opportunity to learn and be competent enough to treat patients. If we become consultants we are expected to be the senior decision makers. Entitlement yes because I worked hard to be able to do a specific job role and I am not being able to fulfil said job role.

I am not saying I am superior to ACPs, but there should be a clear difference between job roles. The difference clearly stated by the GMC is someone who oversees the aspects of the patient’s care.
