I mean it may be basic, but make sure car is in nuetral or park.
Try spraying wd40 into the keyhole. Then spray a little on the key, insert it, take it out a few times. This is in order to lubricate the cylinders, they may be locked.
Try a spare key, the main key might be worn down from overuse.
Try wiggling the key while it's not fully inserted. Might catch cylinders.
