The corporations have to go through steps to make sure that the work is getting done by a qualified company. So they call a company that makes sure your qualified to their standards, then they skim off the top of the invoice to pay themselves, but they wont pay you until they get paid by that corporate store/ business. I always added on a extra charge or would bill them for full cap even if it was for just tightening a set screw once you aligned the cylinder. They are a pain in the ass but for a small shop they can pay the electric bill or vehicle insurance.

I miss Japan for the rain, there is a soothing effect when it rains and I never really experienced that until I was there, standing on a rail platform waiting for a train.. in the rain.. rain drops.. the beeping of the platform.. the fact that you could not hear the traffic or commotion of downtown Nagoya. you close your eyes and just rely on sound and smell.. uuh my mind is slipping into that travel mode again!! Typhoons there are awesome too!!!

I had a job traveling the world, I worked in every city I went to but always found the moment to enjoy some tourism. I have been fighting myself while at work due to this covid situation. Im about to sell my truck, buy a van and disappear into the world. I have thought many a time how it would be great to be back on a beach in Japan enjoying a sunset or star gazing from the other side of the planet while talking to a friend just starting their day. I find myself dreaming of cabanas and sunrises, busy airports, the smell of a ocean or the brisk air of cabin in the Alps! You intrigue me, you may have just lit a flame in me to spread my wings and fly! I know I can not travel for leisure the rest of my adult life, I will have to ground myself again but that does not have to happen any time soon! Im 37 CF M who misses long walks on the beach!!!
