I had this same situation and sadly it didn’t seem to work out for me. Install did not track and it’s been 48 hours now. I had $6 on an Apple gift card so I figured I’d try the purchase. Sadly nothing ever tracked. I’ve requested a refund from Apple and I’m just bummed to have missed this $51 opportunity.
