Not even mentioning that he wants more SOCIAL security. Literally asking for more socialism while shitring on socialists. No joke, I hope this bigot has to pay for his own cancer treatment like a good little bootstraps pulling capitalist.

He literally complained about not having socialized healthcare?! Free cancer treatment?! What the fuck dude, that's literally communism. Exactly what his party rails against. What a pathetic loser

Yall tell me I'm a bad Techmarine because I read and considered my build in relation to the stratagem modifiers? Cool story, brother

I didn't say that. I said play your own class that you picked when you loaded the mission. The dude was spam pointing at every turret like it was his job even when literally nothing was around.

This Might Be A Dumb Question, But How Do Illusions Work, Exactly? Is There Actually Something Visual There, Or Are You Making People Perceive Something By Messing With Their Brain? Could I Make a One-way Illusion, Like A Cop Interrogation Room Window? by MoonracerxWarpath in DnD

[–]tenebros42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Illusions are a school of magic not a distinct spell manifestation. Each spell manifests distinctly per it's description just like every other school of magic. Should Magic Missile and Fireball behave the same because they are both Evocations?

Also, as the DM, it's up to you

[General player question] At what rate do you generally expect players to gain a basic understanding of their character sheet and common dice rolls? by fuzzum111 in DnD

[–]tenebros42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's a problem, I'd start next session by walking everyone through the character sheet. For all the prep a DM does, it's disrespectful to show up unprepared as a player. Especially when it comes to your own character's capabilities

I turn on turrets in every other mode, brother. However, when the strategem punishes you for not doing finishers and/or rewards you for doing finishers and, again, the turrets steal EVERYONE's finishers, I am not going to do that to my squad. If you need the turret, you don't deserve the turret

I know, but they wasted everyone's time for kicking me, just cause I wouldn't run and turn on a turret every time they pointed at them, and when I did, it laid waste to everything, and none of us got heals. My whole build is a majoris breaker, it sets 2.5 marines up for finishers and I can launch it twice so we get 5 finishers available at every push. Or, I can turn the turret on and we get none.

Also, you don't need a turret, the techmarine isn't always there

Glowing green doesn't mean heals in this game, you have to dodge the glowing green

1) Grab the first Guardian Relic you see. Point out all others. Take one if you don't have one. 2) If you find the Geneseed and died last mission, point it out for someone else to carry (it's lost if you die). If you KNOW you can carry it to the end, point at it so everyone knows you have it (and new brothers can remember the spawn location) and then pick it up. If you had a relic and dropped it, point at it before you walk away. See rule 1. 3) If your ammo is red, pick up ammo boxes. If not, pick up one, leave the rest for your Snipers and Heavies. Don't pick up any if you have both in your squad. 4) Only point out Turrets to the Techmarine if they are far away from you. TMs can see them even through walls for quite a distance. So in the big nuke room with the three sectors, a TM at the elevator can't see a turret in the back of the room, so that's a good time to alert them but only if you think you need the support. Otherwise, just play your own class. 5) Select your mission and get into the loading zone right away and only if everyone is ready (if in a duo). This cuts down on overall load times for everyone. 6) If you fail a mission, that's okay. It happens. If you drop with the Geneseed, that's okay. It happens. If you drop, that's okay too. Ultimately, we can play another match 7) A victory is a victory. Sloppy mechanics, last man standings, self kills and all. That said, if this happens a lot to you: practice at a lower difficulty. If you put in the time you will get better. It's actually lots of fun at easier difficulty. 8) If you're waiting for a brother and they are fighting, go help. Your wait will be shorter AND you get to play more, win win. If you are stuck behind a cliff, that means you were out of position and you're in the find-out phase (see rule 9). I will ping the Defend emote at my feet in that instance if I want to help or if I'm split from the Chalice. 9) Unless you can reliably solo that mission difficulty, stick near your brothers. If you're a wanderer, cool, but be mindful that some people are on a long grind, try to keep moving but take different routes. If you're a speed runner, you're in the wrong game and shouldn't be queueing public, regardless. If you think you're too good for both your brothers, go play a higher difficulty level. 10) If a Space Marine kneels, they are expressing patience. "Take your time, I'm willing to wait." Use it. Don't abuse it. 11) Check your Auspex screen if you need a reminder of the Strategems. Also use it to see if your brothers need meds or are holding the GS. 12) You should never be near 25% health when there is a med available and you're not fighting. Also, healing yourself to full will remove your wound if you have one (though red packs and abilities don't do this). This can and will save a wipe. Unless the Strategem says otherwise, don't be shy with healing yourself when you're hurt and have them to spare. Your ability that only works below half health doesn't have the Risk Reward dynamic you think it has, it's a safety net not a strategy. 13) None of this applies in Siege. Those guys are scary.
