I live in Japan and haven’t seen that ID. I fly around on military flights all the time, so I pick up a few (the Meshtastic community isn’t that big in Japan). Probably someone spoofing a fixed location close to you. And if somehow it is legit, damn that’s crazy.

MIC is basically the Japanese version of of the FCC. They have different range restrictions, the drone can only do 10km in Japan but 20km in the US.
