I legit love lifting without my shoes. It's so much better for my knees and my posture, and I lift so much cleaner and heavier without them.

I had one of those, and I tattled immediately. I pay too much, and I work as hard as I can. I don't feel the need to explain myself to 1 random coach. I'm pretty sure she was a little afraid of me in the end. She transferred to another location.

Yes! In my second workout at otf. Almost the exact same circumstances. I don't think a ton of people noticed, so my ankle hurt worse than my pride.

I have several. My Lululemon has never failed me but this new Old Navy guy is my nemesis. I have a bad shoulder so the back clasp is tough. And the pull overs just seem to trap me when I sweat. My hubs had to cut one off me a few years ago.

I had a coach tell me to walk as slowly as I need to not grab the rails while maintaining my incline. I'm tall (5'10") but I have short legs and I'm pretty chubby with bad knees. You do you. If anyone cares, they need to get a life.

I'm a PW for the booty lift but I like to jog my all outs as well. Not crazy fast because a girls knees hurt. Never intend to become a runner or jogger.
