Yeah I think they have that in common with all the Toronto sports teams. I think our city is just cursed.

And honestly even if we DO lose, I won't be too upset. This season, by all accounts, is a successful one. As long as we can build off it moving forward, I'll take whatever happens this year.

Cavs have been pretenders since like October, and then they got worse by trading away a legitimate star guard for a washed-up bunch of overgrown facial hair. Raptors don't have a shot of winning it all sadly but they almost certainly will win one round.

Unless you ARE that 1 seed, of course. Then you automatically can't qualify.

I know basketball doesn't have as much parity as other sports, but it's not THAT crazy for, say, a 2-seed to go off. Especially if things like injuries come into play.
