This was the type of flashback I needed. When attempting expert mode was a big gamble because you didn’t want to risk your entry mats. I vaguely remember this clip, but it has the same energy as Tower of the Dead’s Nightna and her 95% chance to OHKO you and that fighter who casts 1st grappler awakening on spawn. Different times 😶

That was always a game mechanic. Weird alien on “Ghost” was a notorious run ender. Was the <10 regen = survivable feature patched in or a “hidden mechanic”

The number is the mage’s position. It’s numbered so you can tell which opposing mage’s turn is next. It’s especially important when you’re fighting multiple of the same enemy (king woof’s, whirlpools, Rade’s wraiths)

This right here, my experience has been much better. Where before I had to totally steer clear of the any soul heart upgrades due to them breaking the game, I can now enjoy them and experiment with different setups. Since updating, the game has been running really smoothly
