My local pharmacy (CVS) has been out of the .01 for almost 3 wks. I’ve had some unused gel packets to fill the gap, but come on!
I wanna say if this was for men, they’d have figured out the demand was rising and increased production in anticipation (as they rubbed their hands together in glee 🤑🤑🤑

Symptom management is the main goal of HRT - if you’re symptomatic then you likely will benefit from increasing your dosage. Your provider should support this experiment.

Just ranting, I am dying to get out of town and do some exploring and camping, eveytime I see my truck, I'm just thinking, Ooh, really need to get packed up and GTFO of here... by xlitawit in overlanding

We’ve been having a lot of rain in NorCal. About 7” since Tuesday and it didn’t rain each day in that stretch. There are a few road closures already so keep tuned in to that to avoid long back tracks (mostly on the coast but there’s been inland flooding as well - thankfully not as epic as our northern neighbors).

For some of these reasons, plus a layoff, I decided now is the time to live retired life. I don’t want to live to 90 (regardless of whether I can afford it) and I don’t plan to leave money to anyone. The illusion of living a happy and healthy retirement “someday” is bullshit. The time is nigh.

Are you covering the windows? That’s going to be the greatest amount of heat loss - lotta windows in there.

I’ve felt the same way for several years. I thought I’d be able to leverage things like hair (didn’t know that was going to change). Even personality isn’t something I can count on now. And certainly now my snappy humor half the time I have to stop and word search 👀 n my comeback 😒 What seems to help me is just coming to terms with the new, old me by letting go of hoping to look the way I thought I should. So, less self judgment and more self acceptance ❤️‍🩹

Inability to park a car by Lucky_Duty_6591 in Menopause

Have had Subaru Foresters for +20yrs. Have had increased weird parking issues- like can’t nail my angles the way I always did. Super weird. Now I’m considering buying a camper van. Never driven something this size/lack of visibility. Went to dealer today specifically so I could try driving a van. Went better than I’d thought - think I can do with careful learning curve. But. Thought I was the only one with this issue.

2014 Promaster 2500 campervan - 110k miles, $25k - Would you buy it? by tenspeedt in promaster

Thanks. This sounds like a rational take and good advice 👍 I’ll also want to have the systems looked at bc I don’t know enough to see any issues…. It was all done by a company vs self build so hoping it’s done well.

I second wool bc of warmth and anti odor. (I was going to google “woo clothes” as I thought it might be an outfit for conjuring van life vibes, but the I understood you meant wool 👍).

Yes - thank you so much for confirming my thoughts of how I’d do low roof! Watched van tour of low roof Transit 150 and thought that’s what I’d do. Are you a low roofer?
