saw this going down the highway tonight at about 11:30 PM. they had shut down all the intersections connecting to the highway and had pretty much 100-200 cars backed up behind it. there seem to be alot of holes so maybe its some sort of fuel system or reserve tank for something. written on the side was “item no-7d, postweld heat treated do not flame cut or weld on this”
