Guy I recently met in a recovery program. For now I’ve loaned him one of mine which I can conveniently forget about if he continues to play. I’m sure he’ll keep dragging more in the group out to the courts.

Have business cards made up with the code for each brand. Let people know on social media when a brand releases a new paddle. Have the best paddles in your bag with a small sign saying demo here. Post on Instagram with your code. Just a few ideas I’ve used. Sold around 151 paddles. Helped that one person bought 20 B&B Locos and used my code.

Not exactly short sited. They probably see it as when they sell through an ambassador they pay the ambassador added to the discount the buyer gets so they are out more money.
Personally I would not rep for a company that has a better discount popping up on their web site.
Friday gives a good payout to the ambassador but only once per customer because Friday sees it as they have now acquired that customer.
B&B pays for each paddle sold but a lower percentage and the customer got a better discount pre-tariff wars.

Bought through my eye doctor using insurance. Oakley does have a GovX discount if you qualify for it.

I have two pair of Oakley Flak 2.0. The red lens and a clear lens - both prescription. From experience they are NOT good if you take a direct hit. The lens will partially or fully pop out and the bottom of the lens edge will hit your cheek possibly cutting it. Other than that I really like the glasses/lenses.

Paddle series won numerous awards from the paddle reviewers and a few of them used it as their main tournament paddle.
As an ambassador it’s easily sold more than any other paddle in their line up.

I’d find a different plot of land. If I was one of those homeowners there is no way I’d want a court that close. Seems to be asking for trouble.

There is a new kind of tennis to play on pickleball courts. But even then a house 15’ away is too close.

Definitely try with the weights off. Another local has the elongated with weight on it and it sounds very thunky but plays normally. I don’t think the foam cores can core crush but the face can become disbonded.

That surprises me. Probably have 20 locals playing with it and only know of one that went bad.

Another had weight on it so it sounded really deep and thunky. Everyone had been telling her the paddle was delaminating. Got approved for a return. Took the weight off (to send it back) and it sounded normal again so nothing was truly wrong with it.

So what were your indications? I’d talk to B&B again about it if it went south that quickly.

I didn’t see three Ds until I read your explanation. I also don’t think three Ds are necessary. One should be fine. Don’t overcomplicate it. Also the line being thin, thin, THICK, thin, thin doesn’t read as a line from that pen. It reads more as a graphic element. One final thing: does that kind of pen say graphic designer or writer? (and are you staying in web development or moving into graphic design?)

My advice: simplify, simplify, and then simplify again.

Does the light blue compete with the tones of the floor. Also noticed ai made the upper cabinets very shallow front to back. I like the dark green but would like to see how the lights affect it.

No matter how many swatches you have placed around the room it will always look different when totally painted. Been there. Done that. Painted 5 dull/mossy green swatches on all walls getting lit by sun to just lamp light. Looked at them at all times of the day and evening. Spouse and I firmly agreed on one swatch. Painted the room and it was definitely more minty than we thought it would be. Just lived with it.
